Hello! I’m Robert Millar, an Australian entrepreneur living and working in Japan for 30 years.
After 25 years as a successful businessman, and over 35 years as a martial arts instructor, my passion turned to professional health coaching.
While I’d never call myself a physician, I did study biology at university, I earned a certificate in kinesiology, I worked in the chiropractic industry for 3 years, I co-founded Optimal Health Works, and I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (the world’s largest nutrition school) as a Health Coach. So I know a thing or two about building a happy, healthful life!
However, I’ve stopped professional health coaching because there are now so many other great teachers and organisations out there.
